FAQ

Direct answers to the questions that stall projects.

Do you only install UniFi?

UniFi is a primary focus because it’s clean, scalable, and supportable for most small businesses. If a project calls for different gear, we’ll recommend it and explain why.

Can you work with my ISP for a static IP?

Yes. You (the customer) keep ownership of the ISP account. We’ll tell you exactly what to request, and we can join the call to confirm the static IP, gateway, subnet mask, DNS, and any modem/ONT requirements.

Do you do cabling and wall repairs?

We can install structured cabling and make the work clean. For drywall/paint finishing beyond basic patching, many clients prefer their handyman/contractor. We can coordinate so the end result looks professional.

Do I need ongoing support?

Not required. Many clients start with a one-time install and add support later. If you do want ongoing support, we’ll define scope (monitoring, updates, response times) in writing.
